Through the generous donations of individual donors and support from their partner churches, PARC is able to enhance its programs. What’s New -- WALK FOR HOPE Step forward and help others on Sunday, October 12 at 2:00 p.m. with PARC's Annual Walk for Hope. We will start at Portside. The 5K walk will stroll through Historical Olde Towne with a rest stop available at Monumental United Methodist Church. Registration starts at 1:00 p.m. In the event of inclement weather, Chesapeake Square Mall has agreed to allow us to walk inside their facility. Funds generated from this 5K walk are used to allieviate Housing Opportunities Prevention and Employment both here in our community and around the world. As in previous years, a portion of the funds raised will be sent to the Church World Services for worldwide relief. Church World Services continues to be supportive of our mission and efforts. Groups and/or individuals who would like to participate are invited to contact PARC, Inc. to obtain registraion packets and sponsor brochures by calling 393-7848 Monday thru Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or email admin@parc.hrcoxmail.com
