PARC relies on the generosity of the Hampton Roads community through local church efforts and donations made directly to the organization. As a not-for-profit organization that depends on Grants and other funding for its existence, PARC is subject to regulatory review as well as operational constraints that require regular assessment of its services. PARC uses a basic process review cycle to accomplish assessment of its services. Through the generous donations of individual donors and support from their partner churches, PARC is able to enhance its programs.
Use the following designation numbers for PARC through the Combined Federal Campaign and the United Way to establish convenient payroll deduction.
